Step 01

We collect your initial documents and complete government forms. A strict preliminary due diligence check is performed.

Step 02

Your application is submitted to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). Review fees are paid at this stage.

Step 03

The government conducts background checks (approx. 3-4 months). Upon clearing, you receive an "Approval in Principle."

Step 04

Only after approval do you make the qualifying contribution (Donation or Real Estate Investment).

Step 05

Certificates of Registration and Passports are issued and couriered securely to you.
